Business Objective: The goal of this project was to build a streamlined, user-friendly e-commerce platform for Bunni, focused on baby essentials (diapers, pull-ons, wipes, etc.). The aim was to make product selection, browsing, and cart management effortless for parents, while enabling the client to scale as demand grows.

Approach: We began by conducting stakeholder interviews and analyzing competitor baby product sites to understand user pain points (e.g. choosing diaper sizes, filtering by age, etc.). Based on that, we designed a minimal yet effective online store structure that emphasizes clear product categories, filtering by age/size, and simple cart workflows.

We implemented a clean, responsive design and optimized backend infrastructure to support growth, inventory management, and smooth customer experience.
